ORGANIC CHAGA

I think these two girls are the cutest things ever. I stole their picture right off the Internet — eBay under Chaga chunks. ( I hope I don’t land in prison for doing this.) I always get my Chaga here because I know what I’m getting and its top grade. Mostly this article is to introduce you to something that you may not know about, namely Chaga. It’s a parasitic fungus that grows on birch trees in northern climates. You can whack off a big hunk and it’ll grow right back in a few years. I know because I asked these girls about that. It is definitely a renewable resource. It may be perhaps one of the healthiest things on the planet that you can do for your body. I believe in plain talk without the aid of $20 words so i will just speak as though you and I are having a convo over a cup of organic Chaga. Most humans unfortunately have over 700 toxic substances in their body. We take in toxic substances in the air we breathe the food we eat and the water we drink. I doubt if it’s possible to remove all of the toxic substances we carry around inside of our bodies but Chaga can help to nullify the effects of the toxins . Are you familiar with the word apoptosis. When a cancer cell dies because we drink Chaga all the time, that’s called apoptosis. Everybody knows the healthy benefits of kale. Kale has an ORAC value of just under 1800. Chaga has an ORAC value of 146,700. That’s like a Corvette speeding through your body cleaning up poison, poison that starts cancer off .
There’s probably a bunch of naysayers reading this as their eating their McDonald’s but I am 81 and at an age where things start to decline. I think it’s going to be interesting to watch my health in a scientific way while I am doing healthy things for my body. If I die, I was wrong, but if I continue to live healthy with no dementia, you should know that. Don’t believe me because I don’t have a degree in nutrition and I’m not a doctor. Go online with Dr.Axe or Dr. Andrew Weil or other sources about Chaga.
I would say this, be careful who you buy from. Sometimes when you find a nice safe dependable source to buy your super foods, you should stick with them and don’t look for the cheapest thing you can buy. You get what you pay for. Always be sure to buy organic and tested for heavy metals and stick to a company you feel is trustworthy and read the reviews.
You can get Chaga in many forms, but I don’t trust other forms of Chaga. I only want to deal with organic Chaga chunks because then I know what I’m getting. I brew my Chaga on a laboratory hotplate in a big glass Dutch oven and I cook it for a week at a time. It was a little pricey for my setup, about $300 but for the cost of a few restuarant meals, this set up will last a long time and give me a longer life. Each day my wife and I take out a cup and add fresh water back in because the longer it cooks the more bioavailable it is. I am trying to live to 120. Let’s see how I do, and you too.
