LOVE ME LIKE A DONKEY

Dreaming of you

but what good does it do

Is it bad to feel this way

No, I love the feeling I say.

I would maybe take you home

Love is better when I’m shown

A crackling fire, shut off the phone

Long sweet kisses, we take in sips

like the warm Merlot on our lips

Maybe I put you in my pocket

take-off to Mars in a rocket

I would buy you a baby donkey

I want to be your favorite honky

he could nuzzle your pretty cheek

make you laugh till you felt weak

I hope it doesn’t make me jealous

the donkey envy, not other fellas

I can’t dance but if I did

I’d show you I’m not a little kid

my moves so cool and slow,

your mind is really going to blow.

And you know, I would be your fool

because you make all my dreams come true

It’s so cliché, but I’m head over heels over you ! !
