I am so all over music, and almost continuously so. I love my HSP tendencies. I Purposely choose mostly emotionally impactful music.I do my best writing when I'm crying my ass off . When memories of my first wife Chris, is breaking my heart again, I put on music that was around then. I get a big glass of water so I don't dehydrate. Of course i have huge lightweight crying towels. If I'm writing a really good one, they get downright soggy. I have the cleanest most well developed tearducts on earth . This may sound weird but I'm happiest crying my ass off over a fucking genious poem. I walk around the rest of the day all jacked up on oxytocin and catharsis.
