I was alcoholic constantly for 24 years. I took antibuse and went to hypnotism, but basically I just grabbed myself by the bootstraps and quit smoking and drinking all at once. Of couse it's hard for a long time, but sometimes you need to be strong like bull . Please don't say, "as long as possible".
