I Am Verklempt. What a great word. I am rather overcome by emotion because of this writing challenge extended by@ Colleen Millsteed. A little bit more about this writing challenge. As I understand it, it originated at @Braden Writes Stories as a seedling challenge, look it up. It’s called “What’s the seedling challenge?”. I hope you don’t think I’m an emotional sap, just because I am. This article for me was like a Rosetta Stone. I’ve been toying with writing a book for years now and this article showed me how to do it. This article and this writing challenge have shown me that nobody need fear writing a book because they don’t know where to start? You can be the “book whisperer”. I was shown how a book can just begin to flow out of you because you’re just having fun. If you’re having fun you can succeed at anything. Thank you @Cathylouise for opening this door for me by inviting the world into this life-changing (for me) challenge. I don’t know what I’m doing as far as structure. I think I’m doing it right. I think I will learn as I go . I know I was supposed to take three months doing this but I couldn’t stop until it was done. This is just the first installment in my story. It’s just 50 words and it’s called a Dribble. It sets the stage for your story. I will post a continuation of the story tomorrow. I hope you follow along. Here is my attempt at a dribble:
COCAINE LIFE
I live and ultra rich lifestyle — cocaine, beautiful women, beastie cars. It’s heaven on earth and its right now. Olive oil might affect the structural integrity of all those cocaine filled condoms I have to swallow. Astro glide eases swallowing. Strawberry flavor is not too bad. Not too good either.
