I have Zoom but I never used it before. Oh my God, if we do this on Zoom, you'll have to look directly at me, big as life and twice as ugly. You are forewarned. I don't want you suing me for nighttime panic attacks or loss of consortium. Anything could happen you know………(dramatic pause)…..
What I think is interesting about that idea you have presented, is that we each may have an idea what we need in order to heal, but getting what we need is not always easy. There is always prison time to consider. LOL
I'm learning to pray. I found it to be a powerful tool in many ways. It's just a silent wish that a person can put into the universe.
I truly pray that you find peace in your heart, especially right now at Christmas time.
Maybe I should pray for myself too. Come to think of it, that's a brilliant idea. We should all pray for ourselves because we are the best friend we've got and we each need to feel happy and at peace with the universe. Christmas time is a wonderful opportunity to let our demons just rest if possible. I have found the most wonderful tool. When I turn this on I try to expose my demons to this sound by thinking of them and how they are affecting me. I believe this really works to relieve the pressure that the mind can give. Give it a try. It's very pleasant
I have to say, this project working with you on it is the best Christmas present ever.
