I'm so proud of you for not taking it and standing up for your rights and you never have to live with him again. That's awfully hard to tell this sort of story, but it shouldn't be. We each have a story, and there's no reason that we should not tell that story. My story made me feel guilty for such a long time. Medium is a good place to get off your chest in detail, and there's the added advantage of telling your story to people that love you and are interested in you
