For the love of God, don't use a chisel. get a non spatter toilet brush and plastic pipe glued on to extend the handle and you can scrub the toilet in a standing position and you won't harm the porcelen. Use CLR on the ugly and listen to Bad Guy by Billy Eilish. You may forget about the horror of what you are doing.
