BE STILL, MY INNER CHILD

Be still inner child. You have no reason to lament.
The world has not changed. You have changed.
You were living in a dream world, not reality. Your dream world is in ill-gotten concept. Heaven and hell, you created it for yourself. Oh, you know how to create hell. You know how to offer and decline as well as how to accept and rejoice. If you thought you saw your creation, was that truly you or an idealized concept of who you truly are. When you feel as though you are in hell, you have created that for yourself because that is what you need to grow to be a completely evolved human. It’s a painful process. The business of mankind is not simple. It is extremely complicated and based on many past experiences. I can only hope that those experiences have given adequate realization to live as a successful human in an unfriendly world.
